We can hold about 35 inside comfortably for a mix and mingle type of event. When weather permits, our outdoor space is a great option if you have more coming to your event. Our private turfed backyard has a pergola covered space and our front deck is spacious and welcoming.
The space is rented out at a 4 hour minimum for any day of the week. We also rent the space for shorter events with a 2 hour minimum from Monday-Thursday. You can also rent the space during the day - Monday- Friday full day for corporate/ creative events.
*Events that go after 9 pm are incurred an additional fee.
Longer parties and events may be booked in advance for an additional hourly fee. Parties may occasionally be extended the night/ day of the event for an additional fee, but the extended time is never guaranteed unless it is booked in advance.
Yes!!! However, the 4 hour minimum time frame includes your set up / tear down time. If you need more time, please contact your booking coordinator. We have a cute boxwood wall that makes a great backdrop for photos and decorations as well as many other special touches throughout the space. One request - Absolutely NO Confetti please!! :)
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please be mindful of minimizing the risk of stains/ spills as the host will be responsible for any damage done to the furniture/rugs etc.
The Building does not have a dedicated parking lot. However, there are many paid and unpaid lots all throughout Loveland. There is one right next to the Building and across the street. There is also parking along the bike trail and on the street near the Building.
