The Building is a fun and charming private event space located in Historic Loveland, OH. The owners, Annette & Andy Friesner, purchased the Building in 2016 and renovated it to its current glory. The Building provides a relaxing and unique atmosphere for all our guests and local friends and neighbors throughout Loveland and the surrounding neighborhoods. 

The Building has 2 private restrooms, a small kitchenette to prep food,  a full size refrigerator, freezer, sink, and microwave. The Building has an open floor plan with soft seating as well as many tables and chairs. There is a large smart TV in the main room perfect for watching sporting events, movies, playing a slide show, or hosting a meeting. 

The Building also has a blue tooth speaker for playing the music of your choice along with the best outdoor space! We have a private turfed back yard with many tables and chairs as well as a lighted pergola. We also have a spacious deck off the front of the Building. 

The Building oozes charm and fun and was designed to deliver our hosts with the perfect venue to host your next special event.
