Rates


Rates including cleaning fees are as low as $250 (Monday - Thursday) to $450 (Friday - Sunday) for a typical 5 hour event.  Rates may change seasonally based on demand and availability.


Contact Andy via text at 513.227.7874 to schedule a showing or check on specific dates.  Please include name and type of gathering you are planning and proposed event dates.


Additional discounts given for Multi-day and monthly meetings and workshops.


Full reservation payment is required to book the date for your event. 


 

Terms and Conditions


Deposit and Payment:


Full payment is required to secure the venue reservation.

Venue Access:
Access to the venue will be granted from the time reserved on the date of your event And includes setup and cleanup.


Responsibilities:


The Event Organizer is responsible for all setup, teardown, and cleanup of the venue and agrees to return the venue to the condition it was in prior to the event.  Any damages to the venue will be the responsibility of the Event Organizer.


Liability:


The Venue Owner/Operator is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages 

that occur during the event.

  • The Event Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner/Operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

Compliance:


The Event Organizer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.


Cleaning Fee:


    The Event Organizer agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $50.  This fee covers the                            standard cleaning services required to return the venue to its original

 condition after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, mopping, 

vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.  The cleaning fee is due along with rental payment at the time of reservation. If additional cleaning beyond standard services is required due to excessive mess or damage, the Event Organizer will be responsible for additional charges, which will be billed separately.
