Events & Rates

Rates start at $400 for a 4 hour minimum for an event. 

$50 cleaning fee

2 hour minimum rentals are allowed Monday-Thursday for decreased rate. -

If you need the space for an all day workshop or corporate or creative meeting or event throughout the week Monday- Friday - please contact Andy to discuss. 

Full reservation payment is required to book the date for your event. 

 If you need to cancel your reservation and the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the reservation date, Host will be refunded the reservation fee minus 20% of the reservation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date, host will be refunded 50% of the reservation fee.

Deposit and Payment:

• Full payment is required to secure the venue reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation and the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the reservation date, Host will be refunded the reservation fee minus 20% of the reservation fee. Venue Access:
Access to the venue will be granted from the time reserved on the date of your event. 

• Additional time for setup or teardown must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

Responsibilities:
The Event Organizer is responsible for all setup, teardown, and cleanup of the venue.

• The Event Organizer agrees to return the venue to the condition it was in prior to the event.
• Any damages to the venue will be the responsibility of the Event Organizer.

Liability:
The Venue Owner/Operator is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages 

that occur during the event.

• The Event Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner/Operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

Compliance:
The Event Organizer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Cleaning Fee:

    The Event Organizer agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $50.  This fee covers the                            standard cleaning services required to return the venue to its original

 condition after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, mopping, 

vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.

The cleaning fee is due along with rental payment at the time of reservation. If additional cleaning beyond standard services is required due to excessive mess or damage, the Event Organizer will be responsible for additional charges, which will be billed separately.
